Shipping/Local Pick-Up

SHIPPING

We ship world-wide. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates for you will be based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email including shipping confirmation and tracking info for your package. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation after the the allotted time frame has ended, please email us at hautestuffcustomercare@gmail.com and we will get this taken care of for you.

We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service.
All US orders over $100 ship for free.


LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are a local shopper and you would like to pick up your purchase in store, you may chose "local pick-up" as an option at checkout.

Local pick-up orders can be picked up as soon as payment is made. But please be patient with us if your order is not ready upon arrival! We are happy to get your order ready as soon as you stop in.
